Here's yet another (see also 1, 2) example of a De Dion rear suspension on a modern electric vehicle (Daihatsu e-Hijet, also known as Toyota Pixis Van BEV, also known as Suzuki e Every).
This time, the suspension has coil springs and a Panhard rod.
