Cannondale Cujo 1 (2018): 12-speed drivetrain (weights)

I recorded all the weights during the process of replacing components of Cujo 1 to 12-speed.

Removed:

-247g // Shimano RD-M8000-GS (Deore XT): 11-speed rear derailleur

-144g // Shimano SL-M8000-R (Deore XT): 11-speed shifter

-484g // SunRace CSMX8: 11-speed 11-46T cassette

-247g // Shimano CN-HG601-11: 11-speed chain (shortened)

Total removed: -2088g

Mounted:

+79g // Shimano Deore XT BB-MT801: Bottom bracket

+635g // Shimano M7100-1 (SLX): Crankset 175mm with 32T chainring

+283g // Shimano RD-M8100-SGS (Deore XT): 12-speed rear derailleur

+137g // Shimano SL-M8100-R (Deore XT): 12-speed shifter

+498g // SunRace CSMZ903 WA1: 12-speed 11-51T cassette (for HG)

+240g // SunRace CN12A: 12-speed chain (shortened)

Total mounted: +1872g

1872-2088 = -216

So, the bike's weight is reduced by 216g. The main reason for this is the heavy stock FSA crankset.
