This is a small plug-in for Win95Key (OS/2 application). After installation it is possible to mute/unmute T&V HappyPlayer (OS/2 application too) with a global hotkey. I wrote this plug-in in 2002.
Technically, the plug-in searches for the T&V HappyPlayer window and sends the 'm' keystroke to the found window. If no window is found, the plug-in beeps.
